The Big Egg has landed!

We have moved into our spot in the brand spanking new Mississippi Marketplace. We will be working in the cart all this weekend setting things up inside, organizing etc. to be ready to open on Monday September 21st. Come by and say "Hi"! Thanks for all your support, Elizabeth and Gail

Getting....So.....Close.....

Leases have been signed, final menu details have been smoothed out, the last of our little ducks are almost sitting in a row. We can officially announce that our long time coming breakfast cart, The Big Egg, will be nested at 4233 N. Mississippi Ave. in the newly created Mississippi Marketplace on the corner of Mississippi and Skidmore! We will post a menu once we are up and running. If all goes according to plan we will be ready to flip some eggs beginning the 2nd week of September. Check back for updates though!

We are happy to report that, after a year and a half of planning, our breakfast cart will be opening soon! Check back soon for a post with our menu along with location info and hours of operation in the next week or so.
